Marca Fermana - The Sea
The Sea
The Marca Fermana coast stretches for about 25 kilometres, between areas of very fine sand and pebbled shores. The depths, nearly always low, allow ever the smallest children to play in usually calm waters. The beaches are well looked after, there are many bathing establishments that offer restaurant facilities, many areas are well equipped for sport and games. The 'free' beach areas alternate to the private ones and along all of the coast, during the tourism season, there is a rescue service. The climate, very mild from May to September, allows pleasant walks along the flat promenades. Shops and service centres are available close to the seaside.
